Finally, after untold years setting in the junkyard and 3 years in the remaking, my 61-261 has a new life. First fire yesterday and it ran very well. No smoke or strange noises, oil pressure 35# and a nice flow of oil to the rockers. Just let me say a grateful thankyou to this website and all you posters and responders to my inquiries for making this project so much fun and a sucess. LIVE ON AND LOVE YA ALL---

Thanks, ryanz, its always nice to read the "thank you's" for those that have helped a bolter attain his dream. I myself owe a lot to many bolters.... but don't become a stranger. I'm sure you now have lots of info/knowledge to share and help others. Its amazing how it makes you feel when you know you've helped someone.
THANK YOU!

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you smile
