On a standard cab there is no folding seat.
You'll have to remove the seat cushions and most likely the frame (depending on what work on the fuel tank has to be done).

Anyhow, the pipe tube looking frame and seat risers on the floor stay, you just grab the bottom seat cushion and pull straight out towards dash. For the backrest, you use a phillips to remove the 3 screws holding the c-shaped back frame peices to the large pipe-tube looking seat bracket, and pull it forward and out. Then you're left with an empty metal seat risers to the floor with the pipe-tube looking seat frame around it. | | |
