I know there are kits out there. | | | | Joined: Jun 2009 Posts: 1,596 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: Jun 2009 Posts: 1,596 | I found an article from Custom Classic Trucks in 2009 when they installed a forward tilt hood kit for these trucks from No Limit Engineering. They don't seem to list it on their site, but it's probably worth giving them a call. | | | | Joined: Jan 2013 Posts: 89 Wrench Fetcher | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Jan 2013 Posts: 89 | No limit and also another company stopped making the forward tilt hood kits due to not enough demand. Seen it in a direct quote from rob at no limits in another forum. | | | | Joined: Oct 2005 Posts: 4,168 "Hey! I sound like Darth Vader!! | "Hey! I sound like Darth Vader!! In sure would like to have one. But if no one makes them anymore i guess i would have to make my own. I guess I could email the no limit guys and see if they could help me out. | | | | Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 1,756 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 1,756 | I would give a arm and leg for one that fits my 62. I have a nice flame job on the hood and no-one sees it when the hood is up.

I've never seen this on this vintage, but the hood already has the two halves. | | |
