Can anyone help me?

I have rebuilt three Rochester B cores and all three leak like a banchee, Carb King has put out the warnings on them. I have a couple questions on the Carter, will the choke and throttle cables work wih them and does the factory air cleaner work with it. I'm talking about the 2-15/16" model size 3 for my 56 model 235.
