I have rebuilt two Carter W-1 684s carbs for my 235 with dual carbs and have it running very smooth at idle. Have not taken it on the road yet and am trying, with no luck, to find the correct metering rod gauge for this carb to make sure they are set right. Does anyone know a source for these gauges. From what I have researched I need a T109-25. Thanks for any help.

Check with Jon, aka Carbking, he has a good inventory of Carter
parts and tools. He should be able to supply you with a gauge.

I found someone that handles vintage tools. He said that he has a few 25s in his for sale items. I should have one shortly.
Thanks for the help.

Any update on the adjusting tool or how it runs?

I have two ready to install on my 250.
