I have a '42 1/2 ton and I am trying to match a rearend to a rebuilt 235 (3/4 cam and 2 two barrels) and Saginaw 4peed. Current recommendation is a rearend from a 78-88 Cutlass, Monte Carlo or Grand prix. Appreciate any advice/recommendations relative to ride, reliability and ease of replacement. Same Wheel Mounting Surface to Wheel Mounting Surface as the stock rear end. It comes with disc brakes and a 3:42 ratio. | | |
