My limited research shows that the Honda gx engine is probably good with a Cat pump if possible. That combination is pricey. I'd like to spend no more than $500 on it tops. You fellas have any particular brands or models that you have found to be good and last. For medium duty use, cleaning concrete drive & shop floors, 4 wheelers, an engine now and again.

Hotsys can be found in SC too. I have only bought electric machines,so far.

It's a Dewalt with the Honda GX and the later ones have the Cat.

You gotta go to a brick n motar store and check thedisplay model. Thats how i found one...got a few scratches and scuffs but i don't care about that. Check the pump before you buy...newer shelf units have an offshore made pump by AAA; if i am recalling the name correctly. Had to go to two stoted to find one.
