I especially like the unique signal light you installed on your rack. Very rare find. | | | | | Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 2,393 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 2,393 | If you are interested in looking at a different style on EBay,there is a Winter-Weiss Livestock Rack mounted on a '52 3100 truck. Truck is item # 281069337891. It's large, but an intersting rack. Not my ad by the way.

The rack is made out of red oak that my long-deceased grandfather had stored in his workshop. Naturally-stained with 3 coats of polyurethane. I used acorn-nuts to finish off the fasteners. http://s160.beta.photobucket.com/us...amp;_suid=136198992737504328350858434709Just below this photo you will find other photos that you can scroll through in my Photo Album. | | | | | Joined: Mar 2011 Posts: 940 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Mar 2011 Posts: 940 | | | | | | Joined: Nov 2012 Posts: 543 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Nov 2012 Posts: 543 | Darn nice job...both. I wanted to do Oak but settled for yellow cedar which is locally milled and very cheap. It turned out well so maybe I'll use the boards for a pattern and make it out of oak someday.
