Hi Guys, I'm new to the restore world,to stovebolts and to Forums. My pops picked up a 1952 Chevy for a good price to restore and then found a '54 and a '46 already done(if they ever really are) and I/ we caught the bug!.. so i bought a 1946 Chevy 3100 CK. Im not mechanically challenged but i wouldnt call myself inclined either. But the great thing about these trucks is they seem to be workable to anybody with a little bit of will. Any advice, tips, tricks or trades I'm all ears. Hope to post pics as soon as I figure out the in's and out's of here. So thanks for letting me join and hope to keep you posted!- Jonathan

**since your in Ga. your now a Southern Stovebolter. Check out the Southern on the Southern Forum. There will be a gabfest or two down your way....cummings and commerce. Are you close by??

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you smile

Welcome Jonathan, nice that she fired up for you. I really like the 46s, do you have the box for it? Just be sure to ask if you need help.

actually no I dont. i was thinking about building a behind the wheel flatbed. But the goal right now is to just get her running, rat style or not. Not really good with these forums so i built a site real quik to the trucks. check it out. http://jacrow22.wix.com/yella46
