I have a tilt column in my 38 with the standard lock-on-start switch. I would like to bypass the start function of the switch and install a push button start switch on the dash (don't ask why, it's just something I want to do.) Anyone ever done this or any ideas on how to do it?

You then need to run a hot wire to the other side of push button switch. The purple wire delivers power to the starter solenoid from the switch. | | |
