I am interested in others opinion regarding using a standard master cylinder versus a master cylinder with a booster. Is the additional cost for a booster worth it? Any pros and cons of the two scenarios would be appreciated.

There are many suppliers out there offering the same kits. Find one that knows something about the product and how it functions instead of ones that just push parts across the counter.

Where do you tie in the vacuum line that is needed with the booster? | | | | | Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 1,094 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 1,094 | On the base of the carb at the rear there should be a tapped hole with a plug, remove the plug and get a fitting to connect with the hose from booster. If no plug on carb, you can connect to intake manifold, right behind the carb.

Disc brakes, power steering, and 17 years newer parts. I can have it out and on the floor to see if there is anything that needs attention before I put it in place, and then roll it under and bolt it up. Like Longbox said, I want it all and hope to be able to make Dawg kiss the dash if I have to stop in a hurry.
