I'm in the midst of replacing the brake lines on my 57 3100. I found I needed a way to clamp down a junction block. I was able to fab up a clamp out of some sheet metal I had. It turned out good enough I thought I share with you guys.

Nothing like Denny's mad skills, but I was pretty pleased with myself.

Leon

Nice looking bracket. The AD trucks use a three way junction block with a treaded stud to mount directly to the frame. I have one I will not be using as I am re-routing all brake lines due to my power assisted front disk brake conversion.

The FLAPS will have three ways with studs and with a mounting hole or tab.

MN,

You think the FLAPS can supply mountable tees?
I couldn't find any in the Edeleman or Dorman catalogs.
That's what provoked me into building the bracket.

Leon

I might be wrong ( wouldn't be the first time.) But I seem to remember that, when I needed a 3/16" tee with a hole for mounting on my frame, I walked down the block to the Napa store.

Otherwise, I know the usual racing places have them:

I certainly won't pay the high price the racing places ask for so I use them mostly for manufacturer make and part numbers so my FLAPS can interchange for me. Those racing places get enough of my money.
