I have a 305 sitting in my 52 panel with a 350 tranny. I was able to use a flat floor tranny cover but I did have to cut a 1/2 inch "quarter moon",at the toeboard. So, it may depend on how much you have to raise the rear of the tranny to get the engine level. The 700R4 is the same except it is 4 inches longer.....I switched a 350 out of my 37 and put in a 700R4 and had to cut the driveshaft off 4".
Just info but hope it helps. | | | | | Joined: Apr 2008 Posts: 256 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Apr 2008 Posts: 256 | I have the motor mount kit for my 292 from langdons and the trans mount from cpp neither one seem to have much if any known adjustment for that unless i need to shim them maybe | | |
