I have a 46 Burb with clamshell door. If I recall the made about 50 of them compared to about 1900 with barn doors. You have a rare one.

Compared to pickups (and to later Suburbans), the 1946 Suburbans are much rarer.
However, relatively speaking, in 1946, the end-gate Suburban appears to be less rare than the rear door Suburban?
