Newbie from Ohio my first truck project .i usually do shovelhead harleys but always wanted a old truck. I bought a 1950 chevy 3100 and drove it home the cab has been repainted ( new paint and metal ) i just bought a nice bed for it going to lower it and matt black it for first phase. Going to v-8 it and newer suspension and airbag it down the road has three on the tree and 235 6 cyl. In it.just going to drive it like that for now, except changing the rear end to drive the speed limit...lol...love this fourm

Welcome rowlow. Maybe after you drive the stovebolt 6 for a while, you'll like it so much that you'll keep it. Browse through the gallery here and maybe you can get some ideas. Good luck.

I have two bed sides and a bumper not sure what it fits but curvy and has bumper guards ill get rid of, it has two short running boards look almost new th ats on it he gave me some long ones that i need but have had metal welded in them that don't match the groves.....yeah going to adjust valves see how it sounds after that on the 235....I'm a leather worker going to make a complete hand tooled interior always wanted to do that but new someone wouldn't want to pay what it would take will post pics after i figure it out how to post..lol

Hi, yes it is... Mansfield is where my wife wants to visit the old haunted prison i don't know about staying the night lol

They also offer tours through the prison during the day throughout the whole year. If your not interested in staying over night.
