I'LL CHECK THE FLASHER AND BULBS AGAIN AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS

If I remeber this correctly:
The indicator light will stay on constantly when one of the marker light bulbs are burned out.
The indicator light will not light when the flasher is bad.
If I have this backwards someone please correct me, thanks.

Are your tail light housings grounded properly to the frame. Is the flasher unit working properly ? If you have a 6 volt truck, are you sure the flasher is 6 volt and not 12 ? Check around and let us know what you find..
