Yes- we do have those very concerns- thinking about a piece of diamondplate over the step part- or we will spray that sufrace with bed liner material- we used the Sems Rocket-liner for the bed and I'm impressed with the look and quality ( no word yet on well it stands up to abuse) | | | | | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 2,893 Socket Breaker | | Socket Breaker Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 2,893 |

(he is the curly haired kid doing all the welding in the photos.
