The pros shorten the axles to make it look right. | | | | Joined: Apr 2010 Posts: 362 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Apr 2010 Posts: 362 |

Disk brakes with aftermarket goodies like ARB air lockers and a closed knuckle. Use the later model engine, tranny and transfer case and you will have a great set up for off road and highway. Drop in an Atlas t-case, some air lockers and a winch and the truck would be almost unstoppable. One day I might build another 55 with all these. Maybe even go with coil spring set up like this one: Flying 55 | | | | Joined: Jul 2005 Posts: 946 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: Jul 2005 Posts: 946 | Dogs51Burb, I've been wanting to learn about that truck ever since I ran across the photo. I need to get that issue. Does it go into detail on that truck? What can you tell me about it?
And do you know if it is for sale? | | | | Joined: Apr 2008 Posts: 99 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Apr 2008 Posts: 99 |
