Got 10" replacement blades from Cassic Parts. Noticed that my original arms have no clips to attache the blades? Anyone have a picture or or info on this? Its been 6 years since I removed them and can't remember how they were attached? I checked my manuals and couldn't find any details. | | | | | Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 6,377 Ex Hall Monitor | | Ex Hall Monitor Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 6,377 | I assume you're talking about this blade. If so there should be a slot in the end of the arm for the hook in the blade to fit in.

From the explanaion on how to connect it to the arm, it would appear that I may not have the right arm? | | | | | Joined: Nov 2006 Posts: 324 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Nov 2006 Posts: 324 | | | | | | Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 6,377 Ex Hall Monitor | | Ex Hall Monitor Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 6,377 | I don't know which is the 'right' arm for a '51 but the arm you have is not for that blade (or vice/versa).

They line up good and fit my 10" aftermarket wiper blade. Mystory solved. They are mainly stainless and come in a variety of sizes. Also read somewhere that MGB wipers are the same. | | | | | Joined: Nov 2006 Posts: 324 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Nov 2006 Posts: 324 | | | | | | Joined: Nov 2011 Posts: 139 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Nov 2011 Posts: 139 | If you are not an original fanatic try out marine blades and arms.
