have a 48 gmc 1/2 ton...they change the orignal brakes to ones that came out of a 51-55 i beleive a chevy truck...where is there a good place to get the brakes...also the front bearing, the one that sits next to the plate...its bigger than the one i order which is the orginal for the 48...ball bearings...i put the new bearing on the old bearing, which is on my truck, and the new bearing is about 1/2 inch smaller all around than my old bearing

Take the parts to a good auto parts store. Not a "GImmie the make and model" while I stand behind a computer type.

They can find what you need.
