1. Battery is disconnected right so I plug it in so my issue is rear tail light stay on the switch is off.??
Bad switch it doesint sit flush but pulls out twice that's parking then head light right..

2. Torsion bars are cut flush with crossmember I'm guessing that's y its a Pepsi can off the ground,so I've been looking for another torsion bars can't find any wer how do I get my suspension back to lower it the right way spindals,ect ??
3.any places sell complete bolt on front suspension that will fit and eliminate the torsion bar issue..it doesn't even have room for springs or seat for them

On #2, have you attempted to adjust the bars back up? There's an adjuster screw (should have a 3/4" hex head) on the crossmember. Unless the bars have been clocked incorrectly, you should be able to get the ride hight back to spec by cranking the bolt in. You may want to hit it with some Kroil or PB before you try it.
For #3, an entire front crossmember from a '63-'87 Chevrolet truck can be adapted to your frame.'71-'87 would get you disk brakes in 5 lug.

If you’re saying someone cut the torsion bars off and you need replacements. I think you’ll find it easier to replace the front suspension. Torsion bars can only be found used, and in many trucks they are frozen in place.
