| | | | Joined: Apr 2012 Posts: 27 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Apr 2012 Posts: 27 | I cannot free / open the cowl on the side of the cab. It'll open about a 1/4" of an inch. The lever in the cab, moves about a 1/4" as well. I'm sure it's just rusted, but can't find anyway to the hinge. Any ideas?

Use a penetrating spray (one with a tube) to shoot the area. Here is a picture of the assembly removed. It hinges at the rivets. Yours may or may not have the springs. Spray and let it sit.
