i bought a grain truck the other day, 1964 gmc 4000 305 v6 but it's not a normal truck, and i don't think its classified as coe its snub nose with butterfly hood what is it called or considered

here is the website i don't know how to load pics but truck is blue and about 1/3 to half down page

I believe those are called LCF trucks, or Low Cab Forward. Super cool ride and looks great!

I had the same truck in a regular cab and the 305 is a strong engine. Just don't over rev for an extended amount of time. It will run darn near indefinately if cared for. Those engines were too good so they replaced with a cheap 350.

I have a 65 L-60 Chevy low cab forward with the original 348. It's a grain bed like yours (16 ft.)They are a very cool looking truck. My wife wanted it to go with the C-80 409 truck.

Wow, that is a beast! There are a couple more nice shots further down with the bed up. If you want to save those photos just right click on the photo and do as "save as".
