For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 94 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 94 | I while back I switched out the Rochester on my 60 235 with a Carter YF 2101S. The switch was strait forward with the exception that the intake manifold studs are a little to long, and without a couple of extra gaskets the passenger side stud comes in contact with the carb body.
So my question, should/can this be solved with a carb spacer or do I need to replace the intake manifold studs? If a spacer, maybe someone has a vender source?
Thanks much,
-Chris
