I do not like the noise from the fan. I want to remove the flex fan and install an electric fan. The problem is there is about 1 3/4 inch clearance between the the radiator and the water pump puller on the back side of the radiator. On the front of the radiator there is a set of cross rods on the radiator support that will interfer with mounting an electric fan. Looking for some ideas.

It should be a pretty simple fabrication job with no fancy curves or brackets to make. Jerry
