It has the original paint with no dents but some cancer and in need of several pieces of glass. The truck is all there except for a bed and supposedly was running 8 years ago. I have not tried to start it just drug it home. I have participated in a few model A rebuilds for friends as I have been a welder and heavy equipment/ truck mechanic. I am very new to this area but have read most of the Stovebolt articles the last 3 days. My first concern is if I overpaid at a grand for something I didn't test drive? Rookie mistake but I sure think this truck looks cool. Love those old COE's and if you found one fairly complete for a grand you "did good". You could part it out for a lot more than that but we're hoping to see you put it back on the road where it belongs. Welcome to the 'bolt.
COE's are certainly becoming pretty popular these days,I'm sure with your experience and help from the guys here,you'll soon have your truck whipped into shape.
