For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Feb 2012 Posts: 61 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Feb 2012 Posts: 61 | Hi all! I'm Tom, from Northern California. I'm eyeing a '39 1 1/2 ton, PTO, dump bed. I took a look last week, it runs, seems complete, I'm told everything works. It needs tires.. I printed frame specs for a crawl-under, was told to carefully inspect the bolts for excessive corrosion, since it was from a dairy ranch. I appear to be the 3rd, or fourth owner. Anything else I should watch for?? Great info! My brother, who I helped get a '55 Suburban for recommended you guys.
