Let's plan on having the Winter Classic on Feb 18th. As per ODSS SOP, showtime will be Friday the 17th. This is not far away, so let's start rogering up for those who plan to attend.

On my calendar in ink. BTW, there is no way that we will get any appreciable snow this year as I bought an (almost) $30 snow shovel the first week in January.

and I bought a snow plow for my lawn tractor the end of last winter. Now that I have it I'll never get a chance to use it....

I'm in yahoo (unless I get hired between now and then)...

I also put extra wheel weights and rewired my headlights on my snow blowing garden tractor this year so I'd be better prepared...haven't had a chance to test it ohwell

In. I dumped a butt ton of truck money on new hifalooten fireplace, spent numerous post hurricane hours securing, chopping, splitting, hauling, restacking fuel so that you all could enjoy an otherwise mild snowfree winter.

Hambone, I am going to blame you then for the lack of the white stuff (Cosmo and Grigg are your snow detracting accomplices). You guys do know that snow plowing provides extra cash for my 860 slush fund.....

Billy, you may as well blame him. Everything else is his fault (from all my misplaced tools to the poor economy) so why not the weather? Call him "Damnbone"

As for the WC ... I think I may be sufficiently interested in participating when the time comes to slip the surly bonds of farm drudgery most severe to whisk myself thither... lest Margaret pulls my liberty card ...

Mike R -- Mike B and I talked this evening and we'll ride with you. Probably Hambone, too. Is that a full cab then? We'll adjust if Doc Dave and/or Josh are coming.

I call back seat, driver's side!

It'll be here before you know it. What time are people showing up? I've got some projects that I could use help on while the gang is here. I've got a torn biceps muscle where it attaches in my shoulder, so I'm limited on what I can do. Looks like surgery coming up, but I'm holding out.

The projects can be done at night, if time permits. If not, no big deal. Everything would be in a heated shop. I've got the '52 frame in the garage and the cab in the shop. It would be nice to get my new kingpins in and maybe a third member. If anybody wants to practice sheetmetal replacement, I've got what you need!

Looking forward to some junkyard op's with the Brethren.

Either Thursday evening or Friday morning early suits me.
I'd like to fetch some more of that belting to go over my air compressor if it's available and we have time either before or after everything.

George,

I'm riding with Roache...ETA...ohwell

Will your King Pin bushings need to be reamed? If so you'll need reamers on hand.

1/2 ton needs no reamer. larger than 1/2 ton I may have a reamer to suit.
I've also got some loctite 660 if you want to fix 1/2 ton bushings in the spindles, I feel this is an improvement over the stock full floating design.

Sorry to hear it Johnny G; have a safe trip.

Cold and windy here, but no snow. Just got back from my morning stroll through the woods with the dogs and it's about 15 degrees out... feels good.
