But here's my short story. I've been an owner of a 1956 GMC since 1982.
My neighbor gave me this old SWB 1/2 ton on the condition that I make it run. But I screwed it up when I was 18. I blame the movie American Graffiti. I've regretted taking it apart ever since.
Well, after 28 years, I got a chance to redeem myself. This past weekend, I was able to bring old Bluey home.

I'm hoping to put it back together to stock condition with minimal mods.
I feel forgiven and also I feel like a kid again. :-)
