These are parts I have left over from my 49 Sub. Anybody know what they are and where they go?

Weeds,

Maybe someone is playing a joke on you - I did that once to a friend who I helped disassemble an air-cooled VW engine. I threw into the disassembled-parts-box a couple odd-ball pieces/parts/hardware. A year later, when he came for help to figure out what the extra parts were, I carefully scrutinized them and then threw them away saying "they couldn't be that important".

The two small parts maybe;
far left, might be a hold down for the weather strip under the back of the hood on top of the cowl
second from left appears to be a cable hold down, possibly for heater controls or maybe for the choke cable.
Is the paint the right color to have come from the truck?

That is pretty impressive if that is ALL you have left over.

Weeds,the larger clip with the blue paint,looks like a front door cardboard panel trim ring clip.It covers the two ends of the panel trim rings when installed,turn it over.
