Hi, this is the 1937 1.5 ton dually stakebed truck that I rescued from a field. It has a 1947 235 motor. It used to have a homemade camper built on the back and was used as a sheep/deer camp. The top of the cab is dented in where guys would sit while being driven around deer hunting. Also, once game was killed, the deer would then be tossed up on top. Oh, even the mud flaps are neat! It's in rough shape, but someday I hope to make it drivable and still keep it's historic charm. For now it looks good along side my '61 C20.

Thanks for all the support!

Husker, you can do it. I've seen, and owned, a lot worst. A few minutes a day will yield great results and make a fine truck. The 37's are a nice looking pickup smile

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you smile

All the old Chevy trucks are cool, but 37 is my favorite year too.

That is a very cool truck. It is in a lot better shape than mine was when I started on it.

Thanks. I do appreciate the encouragement. I look forward to starting to work on the '37 once the '61 is in a reliable drivable state. smile

That looks like a solid (mostly) project, and well worth the effort! '37s are one of my favorites, too! Right after '40s.....
