PTO's do have a paint finish as they come from aftermarket suppliers and not the motor companies. To keep the rust off you either clean it and clear coat with maybe a satin clear, or use the cast iron color paint.

Still looking for an LCF or conventional big bolt in decent shape.

| | | | | Joined: Jul 2010 Posts: 90 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jul 2010 Posts: 90 | If you don't drive a lot in nasty weather and have the truck in a relativly dry place then you can just cover them very lightly with oil or grease and they will not rust, it's far better looking than any paint or clear coat.
