Where can i find an exploded view of thr rocker assembly? will be buying a new cam, push rods and lifters from patticks in the near future. any and all help will be appreciated.thanks ole b97 | | |

What year 235?
Can you post the block casting code (at the upper right of the starter)?
Can you post the engine serial number (pressed into the ledge in the block to the rear of the distributor)?

Also, lifters/tappets are different for different year 235s (if you are buying new lifters). | | |

There is someone up in Canada who can refurbish your old hydraulic lifters if in restorable shape. I can get you the contact details if this is what you are dealing with. All of the aforementioned being said... I know too little about this topic to be chiming in if truth be told  . It's just something that I "learnt" during my '57 235 restoration saga. If you have an original 1956 head, then you should use a 1954-1957 rocker arm assembly (later blocks, heads and rocker arm assemblies had a few minor differences). If no one else posts a picture of the 1956 rocker arm assembly, I will post one this evening or tomorrow morning. Tim | | |
