I need to get some new spring perches for my T5 transplant project. All the new ones I've found online have been 2 1/2" wide. The springs on my 46 are only 1 3/4" wide. Will the wider preches make a difference? If so, any thoughts where I can get some that are narrower?

Thanks
George

CPP carries them - look under '47-'59 Chev truck. They're $19/pair.

Any "tractor supply" or "Farm/fleet" type of store should have them in their trailor and equipment section. I'm not sure what franchises are out there, but Tractor Supply carries them,
