Hey guys pretty new here and I did look just probably not good enough.

I have access to a set of 1 ton springs and mounts but the spring eye rubber is bad. are these the same 1/2-3/4 ton eye rubber. More importantly are these available and where?

Thanks for any help...

There is no rubber other than the little grease seal washers. They use threaded type shackle pins and bushings.

Should be the same from 3/4 ton up to 2 ton.

...... I "think" the only way to get the rubber seals is in the shackle kits but I could be wrong. I haven't checked "all the vendors". I'd check around at some of the Spring shops as they may have some individual parts..... or get some dense type foam rubber and make your own.

If you are referring to the top diagram:

#3 is a front spring shackle kit (with rubber/cork "washers" (seals) and two bushings (for the spring eye at the front of the front spring and the frame mount)).

#8 is the spring eye bushing for the rear of the front spring (no rubber seals).

Part #7.435, Shackle Kit (front spring) - different parts for the 1/2&3/4 ton and for the 1 ton?

Part #7.428, Front spring eye bolts are also different? But, I cannot find the 1-ton spring eye bushing (Part #7.104?) for the rear of the front spring?

If you are talking about the cork seals,Denny Graham made his own.Look on page 46 of his posts.

Ok let me ask like this, Are pin/ bushing and shackle kits available for one ton leaf springs..

Sorry for all the confusion. I hope this clears it up..

doesnt look like they are so I should just look for 1/2 springs?

I used garden hose end washers on mine, cheap, available at any hardware store.
