Im pretty sure all Rochester 1BBl carbs are basically the same on the 1950's 216 and 235 engines, but I would like to confirm that my kit is right before I open it up!

Its an 'Auto-Tune Engine Performance parts' By BWD Automotive Corporation.

The part # is 15157. It also came with an intruction sheet for Rochester Models "B", "BC", and "BV".

Im pretty sure my 1951 with a 216 has the Rochester model B. It does not really need a rebuild, but it does not run a smoothly as the 59 does (which my dad put a reman carb on). And I just want to get some more experience working on carbs, this will be my first rebuild!

Thanks,
Austin

The carb kits I have used come with optional gaskets. Just look close and match with the old ones, especially the cover gasket.
