Lots of work on Brad's part ... pure enjoyment (and references) for you!

For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Mar 2011 Posts: 65 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Mar 2011 Posts: 65 | Im pretty sure all Rochester 1BBl carbs are basically the same on the 1950's 216 and 235 engines, but I would like to confirm that my kit is right before I open it up!
Its an 'Auto-Tune Engine Performance parts' By BWD Automotive Corporation.
The part # is 15157. It also came with an intruction sheet for Rochester Models "B", "BC", and "BV".
Im pretty sure my 1951 with a 216 has the Rochester model B. It does not really need a rebuild, but it does not run a smoothly as the 59 does (which my dad put a reman carb on). And I just want to get some more experience working on carbs, this will be my first rebuild!
Thanks, Austin
