I've removed 46 years of grease of grime and the control arms, trcking arm, springs, shocks and mounting plates...ready to re-assemble after blasting and power coating. I plan to use POR15 on those under parts I could not remove. The axle is different and not referenced for that application. Appreciate any advice. Not an off-frame repair.
Thanks

It works good. I will say, if there is any grease anywhere on the axle the POR15 will not stick so be sure its really really clean. It makes the rear end look nice and the stuff is tough as nails! | | | | Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 1,756 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 1,756 | Por would be great but a rattle can worked for me ok. | | | | Joined: Dec 2010 Posts: 21 New Guy | New Guy Joined: Dec 2010 Posts: 21 | Painted mine with rattlecan rustoleum satin red from home depot. Aw that was a little harsh. I was just kidding you.
