Two for the gauges.
Two for speedo/one for the Brights.
One for the ignition switch cover.
One more for the glovebox if it has a light.
I use Sylvania 55 other makes will work as well they have two prongs at the same elevation those are the type you need.

The title of the chart is "A Time Saving Bulb Chart to Help You." Can anyone supply the link? I won't post the chart because PhotoBucket will lower the resolution and make the chart unreadable, however I can email the chart to you.
Especially good for 6v trucks that have been converted to 12v.
