Have you lost spark? Pull a plug and see if it is wet with fuel. Try a dry plug hooked up with the base grounded. Have a buddy turn the motor over. Do you see spark. If not, your startig point is electrical. If you got fire then the carb is next thing, maybe a stuck float.

Don't pump it any more and make sure the choke is open. The engine will start to fire when the gas is mostly cleared. | | |
