I know the bracket points it downward, but I can't tell where/how it connects. Any advice would be appreciated...especially a picture!! thanks | | | | | Joined: Jun 2004 Posts: 8,597 Riding in the Passing Lane | | Riding in the Passing Lane Joined: Jun 2004 Posts: 8,597 | The wire from the cable goes through the hole where a cotter pin would go. There is a stop that goes on the end of the wire. As the foot feed works, the linkage slids up & down on the wire. The stop is obtainable in the Motor Mite Help line of parts. Carquest & other parts stores handle that line. They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. Or do you still need a cotter pin to keep the foot feed linkage connected to the carburetor? thanks again. | | | | | Joined: Jun 2004 Posts: 8,597 Riding in the Passing Lane | | Riding in the Passing Lane Joined: Jun 2004 Posts: 8,597 | No. There was nothing else in the hole.
