We have a 1949 Chevrolet 6400 firetruck. We are new to the restoration hobby. Our question is, will components from the 3/4 pickup parts such as seat backs, frame cushions and seat kits, fit?

The parts you mention will fit if cab hasn't been customized. Fenders, grill, brakes, axles etc are different. Have you got pictures?

On the left side of the page it should tell you what you need to do.
