Im not going all crazy with it just the norm like taillights and headlights and maybe an electric cooling fan. A modern radio uses 2. 18 would be best or 12 if you double up some things.

He's right on. You can get by with 12 fairly easy but you probably get more circuits for about the same money. You may also want to use the SMALL fuse block set up if you are putting it in a tight space. Just the fuse blocks aren't too expensive and they have labeled terminals on the mount so it's pretty hard to goof it up. Not that I didn't try
