I got three that are holding my door panels on, and I absolutely cannot get them to break loose. I've virtually soaked them in lubricants, tried heating them, and tried tapping them with a hammer. I'd rather not drill them out, but it's seeming like I have little choice.

I usually heat until I see dull red, then let cool to room temp and try them. You don't want to strip them. Then hard pressure with your driver and turning with a visegrip attached to the screwdriver.
