The heater inside the cab is a small radiator with a fan at the back and is labeled Goodrich. I have seen alot of pictures of other styles and brands but none of them have been Goodrich. It would be great to know if this is aftermarket or stock option and any other details. Most heaters back at that time were available from aftermarket sellers, (Sears, Wards, local auto dealers. etc.) and tire dealers. It is a pretty sure bet that Goodrich did not make the heater and it may in fact be the same as some of the other brands available. Up into the fifties there was a heater delete option and radios were not supplied as standard either. How things have changed. I will put it back together and post some as well. Mine seems to be either older or not as art deco styled because the radiator sits upright and the front of the radiator is exposed. They do pop up occassionally on eBay so I usually save the pictures or details. Of the two I owned one was ornate the other quite a bit less art-deco themed with just a single wide chrome band. | | |
