I do not have the factory gas tank behind the seat so I was able to build a box to hold my subs. currently I have the head unit in a custom mount under the dash that isnt working out due to 1 trip through a car wash in a hurry!...the cowl vent cant handle water under pressure!...semi fried my head unit it now "cracks and gurgles" ...I am buliding a new mount to place the NEW head unit in the glove box...outta harms way...lol | | | | | Joined: May 2006 Posts: 679 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: May 2006 Posts: 679 | Underwoodrr - Don't forget that there is a dedicated "Radio Bench" forum. It is inside of the "Electrical Bay". You might find tips/tricks in that forum.
