im been looking at a truck to buy but im not sure about it because people told me parts are hard to find.
it's a 62 chevy C40 stake bed I6 4 speed. it needs wheel cylinders because they leak the guy put new tires on the back two years ago 7.00-18. so now the only thing it need is brakes.
my name is Jake im 20 years old just graduated high school last June and took 2 years of auto shop at school. i live in the boonies and run a small farm.i drive a hunk a junk 78 chevy bonanza 350 3 speed on the column long bed.

If you live out in the hills, you better look after those brakes. Parts shouldn't be too hard to find, some of them are still available at FLAPS. Some things are hard to find because folks don't know where to look. Worry no more. YOur in good hands and parts for you truck should be available....maybe not plentiful, but available. Ask questions in the appropiate forum and guys will tell you where to find stuff and most of the time the best prices/quality.
