I've been told they are guide 2002e amber? I have a old add and they look to be clear with a L bracket mount? also what about the switch does it say LITE or FOG-LITE?

GM/Chevrolet 986942 for the 1954 Chevrolet truck fog lamps.
I do not know the Guide number.
I am trying to remember where I saw a photo of the under-dash switch (I dimly recall that it at least had the word FOG on it, but I could be wrong).
