I'm not sure how similiar the floors are but the principal the same. I made a template and laid out some sheet metal and made my own with limited tools. I'm sure you could or take the template to a sheet metal shop and have them make for you. Maybe your wood floors could be used for templates or good enough to be covered in fiberglas and used. Just a thought. Some pictures of my floor here. May or may not help. I took my old toe board to a friend who is is in the heat and air business and he made me one. The good thing is I believe he only charged me like 15 or 20 bucks.
