I've always wanted a classic Chevy pickup since my Dad had a 54 back in the early 70s. I have my eye on 2 58 Apaches that I will hopefully own soon. Both are not currently running, but have alot of potential I think.

I have just started the research on these great trucks and this site looks like the only forum I will ever need to go to.

I look forward to the adventure.

Dan

Hi Dan, welcome! Yep, this is the only site you need to do all your research. First truck I ever drove (on a farm where I worked) was a '58 Apache. Cool truck: stomp starter, 4 speed, hoist... ah the memories...

I agree... When I saw an Apache for the first time I knew it would be the one. The more I research, the more I am sold.

Thanks for the welcome. I'm going to try to fit it in this weekend, but we'll see figuring it's Thanksgiving weekend and all.

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you smile
